INFLECTION

During my time at Inflection, an employee education platform supporting people through life’s pivotal moments such as fertility, menopause, divorce, and end-of-life care, I served as Lead Designer. Because of the sensitive nature of the content, most of the work lives behind a member paywall. My primary focus was bringing all six inflection points together under one cohesive brand system. I cleaned up and perfected the various company logos, developed comprehensive brand guidelines in Figma that were adopted company-wide, created scalable templates for the communications team, and ensured visual consistency across every touchpoint.

I redesigned the existing email journey, which had been using outdated pre-rebrand assets and felt disjointed, streamlining it into a cohesive, brand-aligned system. I also designed hundreds of graphics and charts for key inflection-point video content, renewal materials to support client retention, and a wide range of sales and marketing assets that helped bring on new clients. In addition, I created decks and presentation materials for sales, marketing, and C-suite leadership, ensuring the brand showed up clearly and professionally at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

My overarching goal was to make the company feel more unified and buttoned-up. I conducted a comprehensive audit of brand assets across Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets, identifying inconsistencies, organizing files, and cleaning up legacy materials. The result was a clearer, more cohesive visual system that strengthened both internal alignment and external brand presence.

The examples below are publicly shared materials that reflect a small portion of the work I led during my time at Inflection.

Branded social post design: a refined tag-style logo integration I developed for Inflection’s LinkedIn awareness content.

I took ownership of Inflection’s LinkedIn presence, updating the banner and avatar to align with the brand rollout, transforming a fragmented page into a cohesive, polished, and professional brand touchpoint.

The top menu includes categories: Menopause, Fertility, Sensitivity, Divorce, Elder Care, End of Life. The profile header shows the company name, location, follower count, and employee range, with options to message or follow.

For the REBA conference in the UK, I redesigned the entire booth, replacing outdated branding with a modern, clean, and on-brand visual system, from the large wall graphics to the podium design, ensuring a fresh, cohesive brand presence.

At an exhibition booth, three women smile for the camera behind a table promoting a language app called 'inflection.' The booth features a large digital screen and a backdrop listing health-related IQ topics. The front of the table displays key statistics about the app: 6 million users, available in 70 countries and languages, with zero personal data collected.

I designed a cohesive display system, including a branded table skirt, two informative posters detailing key inflection points (with integrated QR codes), swag and giveaways, and trifold handouts, ensuring a seamless and informative booth experience. These booth graphics, tabletop visuals, posters, and handouts were deployed multiple times each month at various HR benefits events and conferences, often at Fortune 500 companies, educating potential employees on their available benefits.
