Fortune 100
Employers using Inflection for education courses helping employees navigate life's hardest situations

Inflection covers deeply personal topics like fertility, menopause, and end of life care for Fortune 100 employers. As the company grew through multiple products, the visual identity fractured. Six distinct looks. One company that no longer felt like one.

As Lead Designer, I owned brand consistency across the main identity and six product lines: sales and renewal decks for Fortune 100 clients, 400+ DivorceIQ course graphics plus additional sets for End of Life and ElderCare, the member email journey, and the visual systems shared with product and engineering across web and mobile.

The idea was simple: one trustworthy system for care offerings and for the teams shipping sales decks, member email, and internal communications, so every touchpoint felt like the same company.

I audited the legacy assets and built a centralized brand hub so teams stopped inventing a new look for every project.

I met teams where they already worked. I created templates in Figma, Canva, and Google Slides so Sales, Communications, and Leadership could stay on brand without waiting on design.

I redesigned the email lifecycle to feel like one continuous conversation instead of a stack of disconnected alerts.

Six product identities became one professional system. A self-serve asset hub sped turnaround and cut off-brand one-offs. Custom sales and marketing materials supported retention and growth with large employer clients.
