Two pink circles with white borders on a black marble background. The left circle says "I LIKE IT Pittsburgh Style" and the right circle says "I LIKE IT Alice & Kicking." Both circles have the phrase "A STEAKHOUSE OF SORTS" written in small red text around the top edge. There is a red logo "MF" at the bottom of each circle.

Mootz & Tom

What does a modern steakhouse look like? Mootz & Tom redefines the experience.

For this project, I led the naming, logo design, branding, copywriting, menu design, and merchandise mockups to craft a distinctive identity. The palette—bright red and burgundy paired with softer cream and pink—captures both boldness and sophistication. The restaurant’s ethos centers around 100% grass-fed meat, locally sourced, and paired with expertly crafted cocktails.

It’s a blend of old-school charm with a fresh, contemporary attitude, wrapped in a branding voice that’s equal parts playful and bold, bringing a lot of sass to the table.
